A- Sword: Wood grip with metal cross medallion; helmet-shaped pommel; T-shaped cross guard with shield-shaped "RCU" crest; link chain from guard to pommel; engraved blade lettered "R.C.U. Knights of St. John" and "Austin C. Wagner."

B- Scabbard: Brushed metal, silver color; crest decor at top with Maltese Cross surrounded by radiating lines, ring attached; center has RCU medallion and ring; top decorated with crossed flags and star on the back.

The Knights of Saint John were a fraternal organization dedicated to the care of the needy and sick.
