The menu is from the General Electric Elex Club Olympian Hiawatha Breakfast, Luncheon and two Dinners. According to Clovis E. Linkous' book, the Elex Club started in 1915 when the women of the company organized a sports team. The team did not last but the name did. Elex is short for the Greek word "elektron" associated with an electrical charge. The menu color is red, white, and turquoise. There is a Native American figure at the top of the page and a label at the bottom that reads "The Milwaukee Road"
